friendly staff robot waiter food selection

The staff were friendly and helpful. The robot waiter delivering food was quirky and fun. Breakfast included a good choice of food options. The selection was AMAZING!!!

clean room tea facilities nice breakfast

The room was very clean. There were tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The bathroom was quite spacious! I found the bed and shower very nice. Breakfast was also very good and had a nice buffet.

The spa was already fully booked when I booked the room. Therefore I could not use it, disappointing.

The room had very good blackout curtains ensuring a dark environment. Modern furnishings existed with a clean atmosphere adding to the comfort. The staff proved very attentive making the experience feel personalized. I found the lakeside location offered beautiful views, enriching my time.

The restaurant choices were somewhat limited, affecting my dining options.

mixed feelings about the stay

limited menu narrow space

the room was a good size, providing ample space .

I was a bit disappointed, really. the gravel pit menu felt too limited. It was more like pub grub than what i expected from a 4-star hotel. breakfast was also not great. The hot food buffet was in a very narrow space making it difficult to access.
