Drift Inn Formerly The Waterfront Hotel, Saint Neots

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with great environmental surroundings and spa facilities, which I usually look forward to. However, this time my experience was not as great as I hoped, especially with the spa and leisure offerings, which were severely restricted. The staff have typically been attentive and helpful, yet some training seems needed to ensure smooth service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but faced several inconveniences that detracted from the experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The initial check-in process was chaotic, and I had to run back and forth to the reception to sort out my treatment bookings, which was frustrating. However, once I settled in, the spa treatments were excellent, and I enjoyed the quality of the food at each meal. The rooms were tidy and had everything I needed, though I felt they were a bit pricey for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious junior suite and the quality of the food included in our package. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a truly relaxing getaway. However, I encountered some issues with the dining service during my second visit that took away from the experience, although the management handled it well. Overall, it's a good choice for a restful retreat.

My stay at Wyboston Lakes was enjoyable overall, with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent food. However, the service left much to be desired, which was disappointing given my previous experience. While it's a great option for relaxation and leisure activities, the minor issues with service somewhat overshadowed the positives.
